What was the last movie you saw? Notes On A Scandal. Judi Dench was terrifyingly convincing – she reminded me of some of my teachers from school.
Which stage production did you last see? Matthew Bourne’s The Nutcracker at the Wales Millennium Centre. The set was stunning.
When was the last time you visited an art gallery? I visited an animated installation in Chapter Arts Centre by Virginia Head which was inspiring and visually fascinating. The theme was exploration of dream-like states.
What was the last gig you went to? Uh Huh Her, Sarah Howells and Hooker in Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff – a nice mix of indie, acoustic and electro.
Name your three favourite tunes on your iPod. Four minutes to Save the World – Madonna; Working nine to five – Dolly Parton; Wow – Kylie Minogue.
Which book are you currently reading? If the seating plan and brochure for the Bafta Cymru awards constitute a book then that is it at the moment. It’s like having 1,000 people over for a dinner party!
Tell us about the next cultural thing you’re planning to do. Bafta Cymru is again supporting the annual Cyfrwng conference in Aberystwyth on May 1 which I will be attending.
The Bafta Cymru awards ceremony takes place at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff, on Sunday. Don’t miss our big feature in Saturday’s Western Mail Magazine
