ONCE there was an Englishman, Welshman and some bloke in a skirt from Edinburgh. You've heard them all, right? But perhaps you might find some new ones by the Cwmcarn-based author who has collected a store of good Welsh jokes, told by real individuals in the pubs and streets of the Valleys.
