Ice Hockey: Devils grab the goals

CARDIFF Devils grabbed three goals in eight final-period minutes to clinch a 4-1 home in over Hull Stingrays in the ice hockey’s Elite League.

After falling behind, defenceman Mike Garrow made it 1-1 after 37 minutes, while Sylvain Deschatalets (49 mins), Matus Petricko (53 mins) and captain Brad Voth (57 mins) completed the Devils’ scoring.

The Devils are away to Hull tonight, while they take on Basingstoke away next Saturday before playing Sheffield Steelers at home on Sunday, March 9.
