Tir-y-berth Dynamos 2
Troedyrhiw BC 2 (Dynamos win on penalties)
TIR-Y-BERTH had a dream start as they scored through Scott Ganderton in the fifth minute. Rhiw equalised when a long clearance from Daniel Jones deceived keeper Simon Daniels. Jones then gave his side the lead with a 40-yard rocket. Early in the second half Berth scored their second, Ganderton again the provider, his shot slipping through Sam Davies’s hands. Davies then made amends with a great save and substitute keeper Dale Vokes did likewise for Berth. These saves meant extra time had to be played. This period proved scoreless and Tir-y-berth won the penalty shoot out.
