Bedlinog Youth 18 Builth Wells 13
THE YOUNG Foxes hung on for the win having lost their last two league matches.
Bedlinog put Builth under pressure from the start and set up camp in their opponents’ half.
It took 17 minutes before flanker Marc Fussell scored after a lot of pressure from the Bedlinog pack.
Just before half time, with Bedlinog having dominated the first half, the other flanker Luke Morgan finished of another fine effort from the forwards with a try. Martin Fussell converted.
In the second half Builth showed what they were made of with two fine tries and a penalty, but Bedlinog battled well and with two penalty kicks from Fussell, held out for an excellent win.
