Robert Smith grabbed a brace of tries and Chris Perry and Stuart Smith also went over.
A penalty try was also awarded and Greg Jones added the extra 12 points with the boot.
Saracens did manage to go over the home line three times with further efforts from Morgan Lovell and Matthew Evans.
Beddau added the scalp of leaders UWIC in a 27-26 thriller. The students were leading 20-3 at half-time in a bad-tempered affair in which red cards were brandished to Steffan Taricaka of UWIC and Glen Slater of Beddau after a mass brawl.
Matthew Trowbridge and Charlie Barclay ran in the students' tries and Scot Smeddon added to his impressive record by kicking 16 points.
In Beddau's second half fight-back Chris Bundy scored two tries and Dominic Busuttil also touched down and Steve Robinson added 12 points with the boot.
Bargoed move into joint second after winning 32-26 at Pontypool and Fleur de Lys move into the top half of the table after a 26-15 win over Abercynon.
Mathew Davies crossed twice and there were fine efforts from Paul Williams and Craig Marshman.
Brett Green was successful with three conversions.
