Whitland 16-24 Bargoed

BARGOED, flying high in division one east, made cup progress, despite finishing the game with only 13 men.

Ten minutes into the second half lock Adam Kidley was sent off and was followed in the closing stages by Darren Sweet.

They were good value for their success taking advantage of an inconsistent Whitland side who did not make the most of the opportunities presented to them.
