Maesteg scrapping for their survival

MAESTEG will be scrapping for their lives to stay above Llandovery and not be relegated,.

The match could well be won by guest players being introduced from the Ospreys, another reason that has not made this season's Premiership one that is not played on the supposed ‘level playing field.’

Bridgend have never lost a home league match to Maesteg, though they have lost their last four league outings, while Maesteg have only once won on the road this season.

However, a Maesteg win should not be ruled out as Luke Richards remains one of the best kickers in Wales and Brown’s boys may just want the victory more on this occasion

. Bridgend skipper Gareth David is also a deadly striker of the ball and the boot may well win this one.
