Maesteg 0-22 Glam Wdrs
GLAMORGAN Wanderers had far too much fire up front for this lacklustre Maesteg side, who are now able to concentrate on Welsh Premiership survival.
There was never any serious doubt about the outcome of this one-sided contest, in which the Wanderers continued their impressive run.
They created far greater chances among the three-quarters and were impressive in the set- pieces, giving the Old Parish very little opportunity to create any chances.
The Ely-based side went over for three tries, courtesy of Jamie Jones, Gareth Morris and Garyn Lucas. Morris converted two while Mark Roper dropped a goal.
While the Old Parish faithful will be disappointed, they know that staying in the Premiership is more vital than the cup.
