FLEUR de Lys look doomed for the drop after being on the wrong end of a 60-12 drubbing at UWIC.

The Students ran riot in this one sided affair crossing Fleur’s line on nine occasions. Guy Thompson scored a sparkling hat-trick, supported by Rhys Crane and Matt McLean, who grabbed a brace each.

Mid-table Rumney consolidated their position with a comfortable 38-12 victory over Llantrisant.

Andrew Carlson, Michael Fenwick, Michael Kelly, Neil Ritchie and Lincoln Plummer all scored a try apiece and a penalty try was also awarded. James Thomas was successful with four conversions.

Dean Evans crossed for Llantrisant and Craig Allen also crossed and added a conversion.
