QUINS bowed out bravely as Blackwood breezed into the last 16.
In a closely contested first half, Quins showed typical Cup fighting spirit as the under dogs but were always up against it.
Blackwood’s Peter Emmanueli and Marc Shepperd for the Quins traded penalties before a second Emmanueli penalty and try by Christian Perry.
But Quins hit back to grab a try by Craig Cox.
It was 23-13 at half time as Sean Emery and Owain Williams went over for the visitors, Emmanueli adding a conversion, to a second Shepperd penalty.
Further tries from Blackwood came in the second half through David James, Williams and Greg Davies. Emmanueli added two conversions.
