“WELCOME to my rugby skills masterclass poster series – I hope you enjoy it over the next few weeks

“When Wales on Sunday came up with the idea of this series, I jumped at the opportunity. The chance to give something back to the game which has given me so much was just too good to turn down.

“I can always remember when I was a youngster wanting to know why my heroes did this or that on the rugby field. All I hope is that I will give you glimpse of what it takes to reach the top in rugby.

“Practice really does make perfect and there is no substitute for hard work. Over the next few weeks I hope to show you a wide-range of rugby skills and an insight into the life of a professional rugby player.

“I just hope you enjoy it and get as much out of the ‘Masterclass Series’ as I have putting the posters together.
