BP Llandarcy are the new leaders of Division Three South West after gaining a bonus point 32-7 victory at previous pace-setters Tondu.
The Oilmen looked convincing and could well be on their way to a second successive promotion.
Andrew Irwin was top try scorer with a brace, while Richard Scannell and Simon Bowen ran in one apiece. Danny Jones made a useful contribution with the boot as he slotted over 12 points.
Third-placed Nantyffyllon also leapfrogged Tondu by winning 17-0 at basement club Banwen.
Geraint Myzen, Geraint Williams and Ian Morris ran in tries for the winners and Nathan Healey got on the scoresheet with a conversion.
In Division Three South East, St Peter’s hold on to top spot after a narrow 10-8 victory at Brecon, while Bedlinog’s amazing unbeaten run reached the mid-30s mark as they strolled to a comfortable 19-3 win over Tylorstown.
Geraint Edmunds got the only try, with Richard Heath scoring 14 points with the boot.
Gilfach Goch move into third place after winning 11-0 at Treorchy.
In Division Four South East, Llandaff North lost their unblemished record at second-placed Aberdare, who squeezed out a 13-7 victory thanks to a Matthew Smith try.
Gavin Hek slotted over the conversion and put over two vital penalties, too. Third placed Cardiff HSOB kept on the pace-maker’s tails by accounting for Taffs Well 21-7. Chad Mutyambizi, Dafydd Franklin and Scott Hudson all crossed and Dan Jones added the extras.
In Division Four South West, Bryncoch are the new leaders, grinding out a hard fought 23-20 win at Glynneath and taking full advantage of the postponed match between the two pace-setters – Glynneath and Brynamman.
