Major drop in sales

THERE has been a massive decrease in underage sales of alcohol on licensed premises in one part of South Wales. According to Caerphilly County Council’s Trading Standards department the number of underage sales of alcohol in the area has gone down from 71% of sales attempts being successful in 2006/07 to just 5% of sales attempts being successful in 2007/08.
