Lessons at castle

CARDIFF schoolchildren will have the chance to go to Castell Coch next month thanks to a new education project.

Cadw, the Welsh Assembly Government’s historic environment service, has launched the project as part of its ongoing commitment to lifelong learning.

Groups are invited to visit the castle on the outskirts of Cardiff on Tuesday mornings between April 1 and November 18.

The interactive visit combines science, history and art.
