Climbing centre plan

PLANS are in the pipeline for an indoor climbing centre in Cardiff.

A company called Boulders, based at Chapelwood, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, wants to establish the centre at a unit in St Catherine’s Park, Pengam Road, Splott, Cardiff.

Proposals for the facility have been submitted to Cardiff council by Boulders’ agent, Idwal Climbing.

According to Idwal’s website, the centre would include a beginners section, a bouldering area and a speed climbing track.
