Falklands War veteran was kicked to death

A 31-YEAR-OLD Pembrokeshire man who kicked a Falklands War veteran to death was jailed for six years at Swansea Crown Court yesterday .
Christopher Jones, 31, of Rectory Avenue, Milford Haven, admitted the manslaughter of 60-year-old David Boulton, of John Lewis Street, Hakin, Milford Haven.
His plea of not guilty to murder was accepted by the prosecution on the basis he had not intended to kill or to seriously injure Mr Boulton.
Mr Boulton was attacked in April of last year but died from his injuries on June 1 at Withybush Hospital.
The judge described Mr Boulton as an alcoholic but stressed that did not make his life of any less value.
