RUNNERS are limbering up to take part in the third annual Echo-British Military Fitness run.
Hundreds of people are preparing for the 5k and 1k runs at Bute Park, Cardiff, tomorrow to help raise money for Cancer Research Wales and you could be there too.
Taking in the sights of Bute Park, both races will start and finish at Blackweir changing rooms, situated at the North Road entrance to Bute Park near the ambulance station.
All money raised will go towards funding vital research carried out by the charity.
The minimum age for people taking part in the 5K run is 13 years. Entry is £8 for runners affiliated with the Welsh Athletics Association, £9 for non-club members and £3 for children taking part in the 1K run. Fun runners can also enter and register on the day at a cost of £10.
