PROSECUTORS are considering whether to bring more serious charges against the teenager accused of assaulting Nicholas Baty.
Mr Baty, of Brackla, died a month after being attacked in a car park.
Tracey Lloyd-Nesling, prosecuting, told Cardiff Crown Court that since the allegation of wounding with intent had been made against the youth, Mr Baty had died.
She said: “The case is now being reconsidered by the reviewing lawyer and if there are to be new charges, that will be done within the next seven days.”
He was remanded in custody until a hearing in April.
