Brakes put on lovers’ breaks

LOVERS in Wales are least likely to whisk their partner off on a Valentine’s break, according to research.

Just 20 per cent of Welsh people surveyed said they were planning a break to mark February 14. The survey, by American Express Insurance Services, found the Scots are the most romantic, with 36 per cent planning trips.
