DEMAND for a service which helps motorists who put the wrong fuel in their car is on the up.
A new technician has now been appointed in Cardiff for AA Fuel Assist as around 30 people each day in Cardiff contaminate their cars with the wrong fuel.
As part of the member and non-member service, James Northover drains, flushes and replenishes cars along the roadside.
Donald MacSporran, AA technical performance manager, said: “The demand is being driven by the growth in diesel car sales.”
