TEMPERATURES are set to drop due to an Arctic snap due to hit Wales tomorrow.
A brief but severe cold spell is expected to last for around 24 hours.
While snow is forecast for North Wales and in the West, temperatures in Cardiff will drop to 5°C with heavy winds and heavy rain due to fall in the mountains.
The Met Office has described this month as the “warmest and wettest” January on record.
