Claim back case costs

FORMER miners who spent compensation on legal fees are being urged to get help.

Islwyn MP Don Touhig wants miners and their families to recoup their fees paid out to solicitors and trade unions by contacting the Legal Complaints Service.

More than 50 people attended a recent surgery held by the MP where they were given advice on claiming back the cash spent whilst receiving compensation for illnesses.
