Youngsters were show-stoppers

I HAD the great pleasure to be in the audience at the centenary concert at Darren Las Primary School in Mountain Ash.

It was the best few hours I have spent in a long time.

The children and staff had obviously worked very hard with their stage show.

My only sadness was it was staged in the school hall – it was a show well worthy of the Coliseum stage.

Then all of the valley would have been able to see what wonderful talent we have here in this small but dedicated Mountain Ash school.
