Evening bus service increased

BUS passengers in Aberdare are benefiting from extra evening services.

This is due to additional financial support from Rhondda Cynon Taf Council to Glamorgan Bus.

The improvements include two additional late evening journeys from Aberdare to Abernant, departing Aberdare at 10.10pm and 10.50pm.

There is also an additional early evening journey from Cwmbach to Aberdare, departing Cwmbach (Pant Farm) at 6:56pm.

Council cabinet member Eudine Hanagan said: “We are pleased to be able to offer support and hope residents will find the additional services valuable and that they will encourage more people to use public transport.”
