CARERS in Cynon Valley are invited to a drop-in day at Green Street Church Hall in Aberdare on Wednesday, October 31.

Project officers Chris and Kath, from the Rhondda Cynon Taf Carers Support Project, look forward to seeing as many carers as possible for a cup of tea and a chat between 10am and noon.

“Caring can be very demanding - whether it is for a few hours a week or 24 hours a day,” said council cabinet member John David.

“It is important carers have access to the support and information they need.

“We also find socialising with other people in a similar situation is also important for our carers.”l For further details call 0808 100 1801.
