'We'll try ourselves'
MOTHERS left without childcare after the closure are now trying to set up their own nursery.
Hannah Salmon, whose son George attended the nursery, has teamed up with three other mothers left without childcare after the closure to see if they can run the nursery themselves.
The team has approached the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) to see whether they can run the nursery from the former Dusk to Dawn site.
They are now waiting to see whether the idea can get off the ground.
“All the other parents are in the same situation,” she said.
“We don’t know how to go about it but it would be run not for profit.”
