Naked ambition of internet prankster

A MAN could barely contain his modesty when he took a running jump for charity – and became an internet hit!

Mark White, of Brynawel, Bryntirion, didn’t need a horse when he cleared a fence at Laleston’s point to point meeting on Saturday wearing bright green “mankini.”

As revealed in last week’s Gazette, Mr White promised fellow users of the website Facebook that he would jump a fence naked if 500 members backed him.

The joke backfired after more than 800 members signed up.

Mr White left a little to the imagination when he decided to do the jump wearing a “mankini” as worn by Sacha Baron Cohen in Borat.

But he did the jump in the name of charity, raising £175.50 for the Injured Jockeys Fund.
