Nurses give Trust vote of confidence

CARMARTHENSHIRE has been named as one of the top places for nurses to work in the UK.
The former Carmarthenshire NHS Trust was one of only four in Wales to be included in the Nursing Times’ Top 100 survey and the only Welsh organisation to make the top 20.
The former Pembrokeshire and Derwen NHS Trust, Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust, and Caerphilly Teaching Local Health Board also featured in the Top 100 list.
Denise Llewellyn, director of nursing for the Carmarthenshire region of the Hywel Dda NHS Trust, said: “This is a huge honour for the trust, not least of all because the praise comes direct from nurses themselves. We place great value on our nursing team.”
