Thanks for carers

AN EVENT to celebrate the contribution made by people who support a family member with an illness or disability will be held.

The event will highlight the work done by people who do the shopping, cleaning, cooking and provide personal and emotional support to a family member.

The event, organised by the Vale of Glamorgan council, is at Duffryn Gardens on June 10, from 10am to 4pm. Contact 01446 704604.
