PLANS for a £100m Morfa Village next to Swansea's Liberty stadium were unveiled for the first time yesterday.
PMG Estates, one of Wales's leading property developers revealed its plans for 564 new homes opposite Swansea's Liberty Stadium. The new village will be on the site of the former Addis factory and will overlook the River Tawe.
First time buyers frustrated by sky-high house prices will be particularly interested as the builders for the project, Barratt Homes, are proposing almost 300 mini apartment "iPads".
