Ryan Giggs reveals commemorative boots

RYAN GIGGS, the former Wales international football star, yesterday revealed a bespoke pair of Reebok boots inscribed with the number 759 to commemorate beating Sir Bobby Charlton’s club appearance record for Manchester United this month.
The 34-year-old will wear the unique boots in Moscow in the Champions League final next Wednesday.
Last Sunday, the Cardiff-born midfielder equalled Sir Bobby’s record of 758 appear-ances for Manchester United.
On that same date, he also became the most successful English league winner as he collected his 10th League winners medal.
Yesterday team-mate Rio Ferdinand signed a new contract at Manchester United which will keep him at Old Trafford until 2013.
