I want to keep gloves for another year, says Crossley

VETERAN Oldham goalkeeper Mark Crossley has insisted that he is not retiring at the end of the season.

The ex-Wales international 38-year-old is out of contract with the Latics in the summer but is already eyeing a new deal with the Boundary Park club which would be his 21st season in league football.

Crossley told the club’s official website: “I definitely want to play for another year and I hope I can do that here.”
