NFU launches Farm Employee Award

THIS year’s NFU Cymru/Nat- West Farm Employee Award has just been launched.

The Award, which recognises the vital role played by employees in the farming industry, offers the winner £500 and a Royal Welsh Society Centenary Sculpture Trophy, with the two runners-up receiving £100 each. The award is sponsored by NatWest bank and applications are invited from throughout Wales on behalf of or from full and part-time employees, who have been in employment for a minimum of five years.

The closing date for entries is Thursday, June 12 and the winner will be announced on the Thursday of this year’s Royal Welsh Show at the NFU Cymru stand.
