Llanelli Gate second phase

THE first phase of a £7.8m investment in Llanelli by the Welsh Industrial Partnership has been its most successful development to date – the first nine units have been sold, leased or are under offer to local businesses.

Work on the second phase of Llanelli Gate at Dafen is underway with expressions of interest already lodged.

The first phase has provided 50,000sq ft of accommodation in a range of units with the capacity to accommodate 110 jobs. The second phase will provide an additional 45,000sq ft of accommodation.
