HI-TECH lighting manufacturer Enfis has signed major distribution agreements in North America and Europe.
The Swansea-based company has struck a deal with Edmund Optics in the US and Silica in Europe.
Alternative Investment Market-listed Enfis said the agreements strengthen the company’s global distribution network.
Silica is owned by Phoenix-based Avnet which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange with revenues in excess of $15bn.
Edmund Optic’s manufacturing capabilities combined with its global distribution network has earned it the position of the world’s largest supplier of off-the-shelf optical components.
Shaun Oxenham, CEO of Enfis, said: “Since coming to market we have identified the need for a comprehensive global distribution network from which to deliver our products and these two agreements mark the culmination of this strategic goal.”
