Calling all movers and shakers to feature in latest edition of Who’s Who

ARE you a mover and shaker in the Welsh economy? If so then the Western Mail would like to hear from you.

In June we will publish our annual Who’s Who guide which will list more than 500 influential figures from Welsh politics and the public and private sectors.

We are now in the process of compiling the list for the 2008 edition.

Those at the helm of membership organisations like CBI Wales will also be included.

The list will not rank on what we perceive to be the most influential or important but, just as it was last year, will be alphabetical.

We are looking for candidates who would be either a chairman, chief executive or managing director of a company.

In the professional services sector, including chartered surveyors, we will be listing the senior partners or chairmen of firms.

In the banking sector we aim to list senior executives, for example a regional director.

For public sector bodies, or within charitable trust organisations, we again are looking for the most senior executives.

We will consider more than one suggestion from a company or body, but admission will be made on the editor’s judgment.

We also want to hear from those included last year whose circumstances or details may have changed.

Who’s Who, which will also include a directory of thousands of Welsh companies, will be published with the June/July edition of Business in Wales.

If you feel you should be included in this year’s Who’s Who then please email the following details, with a jpeg image, to chris.kelsey@mediawales. co.uk
